Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products:

• We do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
• Returns are accepted only if:
  • The product is damaged in transit
  • The wrong product was delivered

Return Conditions

• A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof (images/videos) is mandatory

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
